[DFDL-WG] spec bug: Figure 4

Hmmm. Maybe it's only in the HTML version?

Here's a quick screen shot of what I'm seeing:

If the PDF doesn't have this, then it's just the HTML version. Nevertheless
needs fixing as the HTML version is heavily used.
