Got it. Thanks.

>From more careful review, Miguel's original example is missing xmlns="*
http://www.ogf.org/dfdl/dfdl-1.0/examples/*<http://www.ogf.org/dfdl/dfdl-1.0/examples/>"
which would set his example ns to be the default ns, or add the tns prefix
to the references.
