To confirm that the PICTURE clause is not used when the USAGE is COMP-1
(float) and COMP-2 (double).

Proposed Errata:
The P and V pattern characters have this in their meaning description
"Only used with decimal, float and double simple types."
Change: remove float and decimal. "Only used with decimal type."
