[DFDL-WG] spec bug Section 14.5 Hidden Groups

I thought we had found all of those - well spotted ! 

Moving the property onto the xs:sequence and deleting the dfdl:sequence is 
fine for this example. 

You are ok to make this as an editorial change, no errata needed.

The example in section 14.5 does not have proper DFDL schema syntax (no 
annotation/appinfo surrounding the dfdl:sequence element.).
