[DFDL-WG] defining dfdl:terminator and dfdl: initiator using length

Hello!

Is it possible to define the initiator and terminator using their length? I know my data will have an initiator and a terminator, but not what they will be, only that they will exist and their length.
If it's not possible, what is the best way to accomplish this?
