[DFDL-WG] [wg-all] New document published: WS-Disagreement

Somebody said this spec is really relevant to the DFDL group, but I
can't seem to open the document on my TRS-80.

The data file begins with hex 4170 7269 6c20 466f 6f6c 73.

Can somebody help me figure out what this is?
