1) prefix length strings - as circulated in email

2) plan for contents of next draft

I suggest this as a starting point: 
- binary/opaque should be resolved
- null/defaults
- facets discussion (which we use and how) integrated
- choiceType enum + length properties on choice
- prefix lengths
- wildcards with dimensions
- integer type added

3) Any other items
