Transformation between Binary data and XML








I have done some experiment on transformation between binary data and XML 
that maybe of interest to DFDL-WG. I am not following any existing spec, 
but rather I am trying to determine a set of commands that I feel is 
adequate and easy to learn. Only after I finish would I try to see it I 
can modify it to fit into any standard.
