[dfdl-wg] Usage scenarios

I took the example uses from Steve and Martin and edited them into a single 
document.  I came out with four relatively simple example uses, two
science and two business.  I did a lot of rearranging and editing, errors
are mine.

Let's see what people think of the way I organized this, and whether
we want to flesh them out with more details and/or more example uses.

I attach the note here, we can discuss it next week.
