Is registration to GGF necessary? Probably not if you are only 
interested in DFDL then group members can probably skip the GGF altogether.

3 day meeting Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:

Note: This is a reasonable list of topics based primarily on the list of 
trackers at the start of the meeting (of which there were 4). During the 
meeting we added 6 new trackers. In light of this we may want to revisit 
this list of topics next week and consider the priority of the new items 
against the old. - Martin

been discussed but for which document edits are still outstanding.
