[dfdl-wg] BFD Parser Engine

During the last meeting Susan inquired about the implementation of the
BFD parser.  Here is a link to the BFD homepage which describes the
project and specifications, http://collaboratory.emsl.pnl.gov/sam/bfd/.
The parser engine is available from that page, but we are still
investigating the status of the open source license so the source is not
yet available, I will notifiy you when it is.
