[DAIS-WG] WS-DAI and WS-DAIR documents

Hi,

The changes to WS-DAI and WS-DAIR, based on the reviews we received
last year, have now been completed.

These documents are now candidates for submission as final
recommendation documents that would obsolete GFD.74 and GFD.76.

The latest versions of the documents are available on GridForge via
the following links.

We would like to invite comments before submission. If you have any
comments please reply by January 25th after which we hope to be in a
position to submit the documents.
