[DAIS-WG] RDF Querying Spec

Hi,

I've uploaded the latest version of the RDF Querying Spec:

We are hoping to submit this before the end of March and would like to
invite comments on the document.

It would be good to have a Skype call next week to discuss the
document and other progress. As an initial suggestion, how about
Tuesday 22nd March at 9am GMT? If you would like to suggest a
different date/time please email me.
