[DAIS-WG] DAIR Interop Document

Hi,
    I made some minor changes. Did not really weigh in with the 
comments from both you guys. Added a new section to summarise 
clarifications/errata for the existing spec. Have put a new version up 
on Grid Forge. Change tracked so you can see where I made changes.
