[DAIS-WG] Inter-op testing

Hi folks,

Using Sunil's wsdair_project_amga 0.3.xml from the DAIS-WG wiki I have run
the inter-op tests and updated the inter-op doc.

I've listed issues with:

-OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR which were fixes as I encountered them.
-The test suite - again, fixed as I went along.
-WS-DAIR spec.
-Unresolved issues, which may be related to the SoapUI tool or Apache Axis
  or both or something else.

I also did a run on a version of OGSA-DAI using WS-DAI WSDL/XML Schema to
which I'd added elementFormDefault="qualified" and a number of failing
tests succeeded.

One major issue that affects test success is that if the AMGA WSDL/XML
Schema is used to validate the SOAP requests and responses then some tests
for OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR fail but if the OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR WSDL/XML Schema is
used then they pass. Maybe this is due to different ways in which the
binding of portTypes to ports/endpoints is done?

It'd be useful to discuss these at next Friday's telcon.

Best,

mike
