Dear all,

Please find a link to the edited motivational document, with control changes
all throughout the document for better tracking of changes. As we will be
discussing later, I am not fully happy with results, since I think that it
lacks in some cases good justifications that we have to add more prominently
for such a motivational document, but I think that with the changes now it
is more focused on those.
