[DAIS-WG] Update on DAIR Interop Document

Hi all,

I have uploaded a new WS-DAIR Interop test suite :
 - usable for both of AMGA and OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR 
 - service endpoint can be set at project's properties 
 - elementFormDefault="qualified" for all xsd files 
 - based on OGSA-DAI WS-DAIR schema

And I updated the DAIR Interop Document.
  - Appendix 2 is complimented according to the new wsdair_test_0_1.xml. 
  - AMGA's Third test result against wsdair_test_0_1.xml is updated

And about the TEST2, I was not sure whether it is right to change the pass condition. 
So, I made a change on AMGA implementation to pass TEST2 at this time.
