[dais-wg] Specifications: Responding to Public Comment

I have done a pass through the WS-DAI, WS-DAIX and WS-DAIR 
specifications, making mostly minor changes in response to feedback 
received through public comment or privately that principally sought to 
clarify expression, etc.  The updated versions of the specifications are 
in the Current Documents folder for the DAIS-WG on GridForge:

Several issues raised have more than one possible resolution, may 
benefit from discussion, or require information that I don't have.  For 
these, trackers have been created on the DAIS GridForge site (open 
trackers for the WS-DAI, WS-DAIX and WS-DAIR specifications are all 
recent, and all must be resolved before the specifications are 
resubmitted for GFSG review.  In addition, all have been assigned to 
someone.

Suggested timescales:

1. For all trackers that have not been assigned to you, please post any 
comments on how to deal with the issue by Thursday 1st June.

2. For all trackers that have been assigned to you, please post a 
proposed resolution by Wednesday 7th June.

I hope that then we will be in a position to make the final changes to 
the specifications and the WSDL, and to resubmit the specifications 
before the end of June.
