[dais-wg] Brief update

I caught up with Mario first thing this morning and what we are aiming to 
do is edit the core and relational specs and associated WSDL by close of 
play Friday. Then we can all take a look and comment on the shape of the 
changes and make appropriate updates to the XML spec.
