[dais-wg] OO Realization

Hi folks,

I have added a very early draft of the OO realization of WS-DAI to the
current documents and Mario has added a tracker for WS-DAIO.
As you can see, I have not proceeded as far as I intended to. But I hope
it can serve as a starting point.
In principle I have done the straight forward transfer from DAIR to DAIO
and added the one or other special thing. But the document at this stage
lacks the addressing of the important and difficult points, e.g. how do
we refer to objects (copy, reference).
