[dais-wg] DAIS Specs for GGF14.

Following on from Mario's posting, this message is to indicate that we 
hope to submit the WS-DAI, WS-DAIX and WS-DAIR specifications as 
Proposed Recommendations in July, and certainly before GGF15. 

As such, the drafts for GGF14 contain a proposed way forward with the 
mapping issue that has been a focus of attention over a considerable 
period, as well as characterising the functional scope that the team 
working most directly on the specifications feels is appropriate.  We 
therefore particularly welcome feedback on these drafts in the near 
future, so that this can be considered in making changes prior to formal 
submission.
