Once again, apologies for my failure to dial in on time for the last 
DAIS call.

I'm hoping someone will be able to offer an alternative telcon service 
which doesn't require the call to be initiated by a second convenor 
password and which can take advantage of toll free numbers in Europe and 
the US.
