   Today's memo seeks your office's esteemed help resolving a NY-DFS
   records access case from October 12, 2022.
   On November 2, 2022 xNY.io - Bank.org elected to appeal NY-DFS' records
   access decision.
   NY-DFS responded to xNY.io - Bank.org on July 25, 2023 with the

   access given the sensitive nature of the former Governor and NY-DFS
   Superintendent.
   Senator, given your senior position in New York State government we
   seek any relevant relief in accessing the corresponding records.
