     * See we are on a 20 business day timeline for answers from NY-DFS.
     * Same goes for the September 11, 2021 Board of Directors resignation
       from LendingClub.com.

   These questions have simple answers people already know. Kicking the
   can down the road really does New Yorkers a disservice. And, simply
   won't work.
   New York innovation is priceless. And protecting it from fondling
   seemingly has failed, in the case of NYCCoin.
