NOTE: huggingface's library sends an http request to their servers
   every time a model is instantiated by its hub id. This can be disabled
   by setting the environment variable TRANSFORMERS_OFFLINE to 1, ON, YES,
   or TRUE . See site_packages/transformers/file_utils.py .
