The United States refused to discuss cybersecurity issues with Russia,
   the Security Council said

   According to RIA Novosti, the United States unilaterally stopped
   interacting with Russia and refused to further discuss information
   security issues, Washington is not ready to work together to create a
   global cybersecurity system, Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security
   Council Oleg Khramov said.

   "The White House predictably unilaterally stopped interacting with the
   Kremlin and refused to further discuss information security issues,"
   Khramov said at a meeting with foreign ambassadors in Moscow on
   Wednesday.”

   "It is obvious that the United States is not ready to consolidate
   efforts to achieve the strategic goal of forming a global information
   security system and its legal basis in the form of a corresponding
   convention, which Russia and its allies are calling for," the Deputy
   Secretary of the Russian Security Council stressed.”
