The most pressing issue in a hyperintelligence mind control conflict is
   having the opposing sides make use of the ideas of the alternate sides,
   before these ideas are put into action.
   This can produce borg-like entities, sharing goals of both sides and
   using approaches that neither are aware of.
   A difficult zone is between those two defined extremes, where there are
   norms of knowledge inhibition and extraction.
