European Parliament nominates  Zelensky for Nobel Peace Prize, but back
   in 1938, the US Time magazine recognized Adolf Hitler as «Man of the
   Year» an award for spreading "democracy around the world" and in 1939
   Hitler became a nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize.
