   Uhhh mostly because I engage my triggers when I try to talk/think about
   certain rational things.
   Therapists talk about the value of forgetting. A painful concept for
   somebody with daily dissociative amnesia. But maybe this makes some
   sense in small places. I need to reduce the trigger energy so I can be
   more rational.
