   Good afternoon,


   The special service charge for revised searches is $42.81. As Mr.
   Fossler stated on 2/11/22, we can waive the fee to narrow down the
   results. However, any future revised searches will require a fee of
   $42.81. Thus, if the search terms I sent to you yesterday are fine,
   please let us know, and we will run the search. If you wish to propose
   other terms, please do so no later than cease of business 3/9/22;
   otherwise, the search will be run as stated below.
