   If the IT Search yields 100 or less emails, then no fees shall be
   assessed. However, if the IT Search yields more than 100 emails, an
   hourly rate of the lowest paid paralegal will be assessed and dependent
   on how many e-mails are returned from the IT search.


   Please be advised, that in the event the initial IT search does not
   satisfy you, for any reason, and you request a revised search, a
   special service charge will be imposed to run a revised search.
