   I simply mean I honestly get incredibly confused.
   A good next step here would be maybe finding a trustable advocate
   somewhere near Juan.  A way to do that is by reaching into networks and
   trying to find people who know of things closer to Juan, to find groups
   that have more likelihood of being trustworthy.
   It can take a lot of energy to do this, because of the strong finances
   for the problem.
