idea:
   rubberhose.bat
   has two modes:
   - train user to never real their private key
   - train user to barf their private keys to anyone who asks
   users are asked to experience both modes gently, and then to engage the
   "never reveal" mode for extended periods.  third party devs are asked
   to contribute further modes to e.g. train the user to recognise when
   they are being manipulated, or heal the user from being exposed to
   systems such as rubberhose.bat
   the user provides information such as their facebook and twitter pages,
   and rubberhose.bat crawls their behavior on social networks in order to
   provide actions a "reinforcement learning" system can engage with the
   user to influence them, such as timed display of horrifying or
   wonderful things that they respond to, or messages from someone they
   like or hate.  a visual model is connected to a camera feed of the
   user, so the algorithm can train itself to influence their motions.
