   Clearly an example of hopeless bias on the part of Facebook's
   management
   As I understood it, Facebook was initiated to help people to
   communicate with each other.  But clearly the people running Facebook
   want to be able to suppress the 'wrong' communication, even if it is as
   simple and basic as counted downvoted.
   If my AP idea was functioning, those people  running Facebook would not
   dare do anything of this sort.
