   hey I am so sorry I have some trouble moving my hands so it can be a
   tossup whether I copypaste or come up with something new: do you need a
   copypaste?
   I want to learn to connect with people rather than being at odds with
   them.  I feel pain when I'm at odds with people.
   I want to learn how I could have done this with you.  How I could
