The report does not say all the noises were crickets.  It says noises a
   concerned ambassador says they recorded on their phone were spectral
   matches for cuban crickets.  Usually one cannot record psychogenic
   sound on a phone.

   The report was made before further global incidents and does not
   sufficiently explain any neurological harm.  It is a first early report
   to be declassified.
