   Do you know who/when/how these things happened?  My story is from the
   tiactivism yahoo community, likely trying to get government action on
   gangstalking.
   People have been hit with lrads during strong protests, but I haven't
   experienced it myself.  I hear it's not pleasant.  I'm not sure why
   somebody would make use of one, though.
