Update for subgoal 2:
   - Documentation regarding lotus's "lite" mode is

   - The example node given there is api.chain.love
   - [2]glif.io and [3]infura.io may provide nodes for pay
   [side note: there is another free example node mentioned somewhere, not
   sure where.  I have a lot of data so it makes sense to not plan to tax
   example nodes.]
   Subgoals for Subgoal 2:
   - make or gain access to a personal filecoin wallet
   - upload an example file
   - download the example file
   Note: uploads to filecoin take a couple weeks to confirm
