grepping the source for the environment variable shows it should have a
   url scheme at the end (http).
   A bug among either their documentation or me.
   6:43a adding the url scheme does not prevent the same fatal error
   message
   6:46a it also needs the domain name resolved.
   This launch string is working for
   me: FULLNODE_API_INFO="/ip4/[1]104.21.75.210/tcp/1234/http" lotus
   daemon --lite
   !
