Vet: "shooting people is serious business"
   Fake/influenced therapist: "hahaha!  That's hilarious that you shoot
   people.  Who would ever do that?"
    Vet: "dude, I shot my best friend once because their head and their
   legs were in separate banks of mud, and I couldn't bear it"
    Fake/influenced therapist: "srsly?  Like, for real?"

   Fake/influenced therapist: "why would you ever shoot somebody"
    Vet: "... because you are in the military?"
    Visitor: "oh! hey!  do other people use "military" as code for stuff
   like organised crime, and "weather" as code for how your boss is
   feeling and how much you're getting hurt and stuff like that, or was
   that just my thing?"
   Vet: "uhhhhhhh this person gives better therapy than you, wanna swap?"
