I felt guided to start designing some ritualistic spells and prayers and it was helping me a lot. It took a lot of finesse and patience. I was also listening to nature meditations. We've also been thinking some of that gasp of being about to catch a raindrop in your mouth while splashing and dancing in mud puddles in a storm with many loved friends.
