thank you. i remember the days of teenage hacking when the perl manual was candy. no longer in those days. I restarted ZFS a few days ago and immediately ran into an unpatched issue (reformatted my device without closing up the pool using it, no way to do so now without reboot, other long running processes active). ZFS is powerful and needed.
