     There has been an unwillingness to investigate further, believing

     evidence to either be fake or the crimes to be exceptions. But crime
     is deviance, but also deviance is not crime. This is difficult, how
     are crimes to be investigated if a narrow view is always taken
     towards
     them? These are serious crimes, making even the slightest effort
     towards investigating them will ensure that everyone accepts due
