Found out i cannot foia a person unless they are considered no longer
   with us ... they can foia themselves however...

   We need to have really specific key words to foia and a list of all
   agencies involved

     hey Jim, i wasn't able to find this case at a quick search, for any
     case #'s given. do you happen to have a fully qualified identifier
     or
     PDF doc from same?
