It probably will cost $1 billion to brute force an 80-bit address in a
   year. What website is actually worth that much? Not even impersonating
   facebook is worth that much, if you limit the value of the Tor address
   to the value of the Tor connections to it. The total value of the Tor
   network is probably no where near $10 billion (mostly CP and darknets
   though).
