A former associate for Lynch Carpenter LLP has brought a whistleblower suit
in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming labor code violations,
discrimination, breach of contract and retaliation after allegedly
witnessing "multiple instances of unethical conduct that he believed
constituted fraud and/or legal malpractice."
