A subpoena from D.C. attorney ethics authorities demanding that former U.S.
Department of Justice attorney Jeffrey Clark produce documents pertaining
to his alleged role in promoting Donald Trump's stolen election narrative
would be "sufficiently testimonial and potentially incriminating" to
implicate the Fifth Amendment, a D.C. Court of Appeals panel ruled.
