Class counsel sanctioned $750,000 for helping instigate a spam text suit
against Robinhood Financial likely engaged in "shenanigans," a Washington
appeals judge said Tuesday, though a colleague on the bench questioned
whether those sanctions should stick if Robinhood was nevertheless liable
in the case.
