Investors' claims over the Cambridge Analytica data abuse scandal should
not be given new life, Meta Platforms told the U.S. Supreme Court on
Monday, asking the justices to review the Ninth Circuit's adoption of
"extreme outlier positions" that will "light a beacon" for similar actions
that would be dismissed elsewhere.
