proposed guidance for insurers on the use of artificial intelligence
systems and external consumer data and information sources for underwriting
and pricing purposes, and these standards will likely help form the basis
of an eventual nationwide insurance regulatory framework on AI, say
attorneys at Sullivan & Cromwell.
